Referred to the Enj,71r. Be it resolved by the Board of Public Works that whereas a certain building known and described as No. 805 W. Division street, situated upon the following described real estate, to wit:-- East 2Y3 of Lot 15 of Ruckmans sub -division of B.O.L No. 75 in the City of South Bend, Indiana, St. Joseph Councy, is delapidated andunsafe and in danger of falling down, Now therefore, it is directed by said Board that the owner of said building of his agent be served with notice to appear before this board onSaturday March 9th, 1907, at 10 A. Referred to the Engineer for specifications. Light ordered at the Culvert on Dayton street. ` Petition filed for a watering trough in the vicinity of S. Michigan street and Dubail avenue. Referred to the Street. Commissioner. Engineer was instructed to prepare specifications for Brick Pavement on East Washington street from Vistula avenue to Artesian avenue. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 44. &-- Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of Soutfl Bend, Indiana: That it Is desirable to vacate the following The alley fourteen (14) feet in width running North and South from Bronson street to the south line of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Railroad Company's Right of Way and between lots Nos. 23, 24, 32 & 33 in Martin & Tutts Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana. Referred to the Engineer for Specifications. Police Department reported that barge at Howard Park had been taken down the River and tied to the Jefferson street bridge. Police Department was instructed to stop the public from dumping rubbish on City Property South of the Grand Trunk R. R. and West of St. Peter street.
