Mayor BILL NO. 112-86 ORDINANCE NO 77(1 A: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "TRUCK ROUTES" STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: On September 22, 1986, the South Bend Council passed Ordinance No. 7685-86 which amended Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, entitled Truck Routes. Upon further review by the Council and the City administration, it has been determined that an amendment is necessary to the Truck Ordinance. The following bill incorporates the amendment which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 20, Article 8, Section 20-107 (1) is amended to read as follows: Section 20-107. Truck Routes. (1) No person shall operate a truck as defined in Section 20-106 within the corporate limits of the City of South Bend, except upon the following streets and parts of streets shown upon a map entitled "Schedule A-1" , incorporated herein by reference. At least two (2 ) copies of said map shall be on file in the Office of the Clerk for public inspection.
