Petition filed by the property owners on Leer street asking for cross walks. Referred to the Street C&mmissioner. Bids were opened for Water Conneetions on West Jefferson street from Miehigan street to Lafayette street. Same were rejected and new bids to be received in the early part of 1907. Hearing on Assessment Roll for Water Connection on N. Taylor street from Michigan avenue to Marion street, under Imp Res No. 410 A. Deferred until Friday Nov 9th, at 10 A.M. "S-Z, Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Cement CurbingAon North Walnut street from Division street to Ford,street, under Improvement Resolution No. 359! No further remonstrants appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board there fore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed October 16th, 19062 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October 16th, 1906, and the final estimate filed October 16th, 1906, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above oontracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 10th day of November, 1906, to the South Bend Daily Times stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of November, 1906, at 7:15 P.
