Derek D. Dieter I am pleased to present the annual report on Council Rules and the Sub-
First District Committee on Minutes for the year 2004. The following will serve as
a summarization of the activities under these two committees.
Charlotte D. Pfeifer
Second District 2004 Achievements and Projects:
Roland Kelly > Monthly Updates from all Council Representatives
Third District Instituted a requirement for monthly updates from the
Ann Puzzello 6 district and 3 at-large Council members to follow
Fourth District progress and enhance cooperation
David Varner > Monthly Administrative Updates
Fifth District Continued to receive monthly updates from the administrative
heads of each Council Committee to facilitate enhanced
Ervin Kuspa communications and to assure complete discussion on all
Sixth District matters.
Sean Coleman > Common Council Retreat
At Large
Head the first ever Common Council Retreat to formulate a
Al `Buddy" Kirsits long-range direction and to incorporate it into the ongoing
At Large City Plan. The retreat was an opportunity to examine where
and what the Council should be

At Large > Sub-Committee on Minutes
Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand The sub-committee on minutes reviewed the monthly minutes
Council Attorney of the regular meetings of the Council and approved them
accordingly.
