The quoters ranked as follows: Quoter Total Quote Amount 1.The Robert Henry Corporation $75,724.23 2.Acorn Landscaping, LLC $101,244.36 3.Fuerbringer Landscaping & Design Inc.(incomplete quote) Engineering did not find any substantial calculation errors in the submitted bids. The Robert Henry Corporation rounded off cents in their quote tab, which read a total amount of $75,724.00. This has been corrected in the award memo with an additional $0.23 to accurately reflect the unit costs submitted for each line item. The quote submitted by Fuerbringer Landscaping & Design Inc. was deemed non-responsive, as the submission contained only one page and omitted required documents such as the Non- Collusion Affidavit and MWBE forms. The quote total submitted by Fuerbringer was incomplete as only one line item was given a unit price and total cost. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion reviewed the MWBE goal-meeting documentation submitted by the Robert Henry Corporation and found that their quote met the subcontracting goals set by the terms of the quote documents. All other required documentation was provided and complete. Engineering recommends award of the Project to the lowest responsive and responsible quoter, The Robert Henry Corporation, in the amount of $75,724.23. Engineering recommends rejecting all other quotes. The Department of Public Works has appropriated sufficient funds from the TIF River West Development Fund and the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund (PR-00012634). Please respond with any questions.
