There were two bidders for Bid Package 1 and one bidder for Bid Package 2. The bidders were as follows: Bid Package 1 - Masonry Bidder Base Bid Amount 1. Ziolkowski Construction, Inc. $112,767 2. Slatile Roofing and Restoration Co., Inc. $283,000 Bid Package 2 – Doors and Windows Bidder Base Bid Amount 1. R. Yoder Construction, Inc. $205,000 The Division of Engineering has reviewed all the bids and recommends that the Board reject all bids. The bids are beyond the project budget. The project scope and schedule will be adjusted and re-advertised at a later date.
