The January 26, 2004 meeting of the Parks, Recreation, Cultural Arts &Entertainment Committee
was called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member Sean Coleman at 3:15 p.m. p.m. in the
Council Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Kelly, White, Dieter, Coleman, Kirsits,
Puzzello, and Kuspa; City Clerk John Voorde, Dennis J. Andres,Terry Bland of the 'OUthj tt tttf
'Cribut * and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney.
Council Member Coleman stated the Committee is composed of Council Members Kuspa,
Puzzello,Kelly and himself.
Council Member Coleman noted that the first item on the agenda is to review Substitute Bill No. 2-
04 which would appropriate $60,150 from the Morris Performing Arts Center Improvement Fund
(Fund Number 416)
Dennis J. Andres, Executive Director of the Morris Performing Arts Center, noted that the original
bill included an amount of $24,800 and it should have been $60,150. In light of the legal
publication of the lower amount, the Council is unable to hearing the matter this evening. He
would therefore be back in two(2) weeks for the February 9, 2004 meeting.
There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council Member Coleman
adjourned the meeting at 3:18 p.m.
