The October 25,2004, 2004 meeting of the Personnel and Finance Committee was called
to order by its Chairperson,Council Member David Varner, Vice-Chairperson of the Committee
at 3:53 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Kelly,Coleman,White,Varner,Kuspa,
Pfeifer,Kirsits and Puzzello; City Clerk John Voorde, Bernie Feeney, Terry Lang and Kathleen
Cekanski-Farrand,Council Attorney.
Dr. Varner noted that the Council has received a letter dated October 20, 2004 from the
City Controller(copy attached) requesting that Bill No. 69-04 which would authorize temporary
loans to pay off previously issued temporary loan tax anticipation warrants be continued until the
Council Meeting of November 8,2004.
Council Member Puzzello made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kelly that Bill
No. 69-04 be continued until November 8, 2004,at the request of the petitioner. The motion
passed.
There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council Member Dieter
adjourned the Committee meeting at 3:55 p.m.
