The City of South Bend has received a request from Diego A. H. Pedraza to purchase
Civil City-owned property addressed 205 S. Illinois St., South Bend, IN 46619. This is a
vacant lot adjacent to Diego A. H. Pedraza‘s property addressed 209 S. Illinois St. This
applicant is current on property taxes.
Please review and provide your comments and recommendation, regarding the request
for sale, no later than 10/18/2021.
If you or your department do not respond, it will be assumed that there are no
objections to the request to sell.
