RE: Amendment No. 2 to Owner-Engineer Agreement
Dear Mr. Ginn:
At its October 12, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced amendment for additional design services to the filter media vessel improvements
and removal of the external scan review for the North Water Treatment Plant Improvements
Project No. 119-011 in an amount not to exceed $21,735 for a new total amount of $233,791.
Enclosed please find the original amendment for your signature. Please sign and return
the original amendment to lhensley@southbendin.gov. Please retain a copy for your records.
