Agenda Request – Notice to Bidders
DATE: October 5, 2020
The Division of Engineering and Division of Utilities requests the Board of Public Works approval of
a Notice to Bidders (see attached) for Project No. 120-026 Airport Annexation Area Water Main
Extension.
This project will extend water main from the intersection of US 20 and Pine Road along the
south side of US 20 to the intersection of US 20 and Olive Road near the US 20 and US 31
interchange. This work is in conjunction with an approved development agreement with the
South Bend Chocolate Company development located southwest of the US 20 and US 31
Interchange.
Funding Source: River West TIF
