Notre Dame Ave South Bend, IN 46556 The public was represented by: After due consideration, the following action was taken: Upon a motion by David Wyncott, seconded by Eric Stalheim, and unanimously carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness Application #2021-0716. Vote: 5-0. Five in Favor, none opposed. Vote: 4-2. Four in Favor, Two opposed. COA#2021-0716 is approved. b. PROPOSED LANDMARK on SECOND READING i. 24756 Adams Rd. (Audio Position: 14:37) The Landmarks Committee report was presented by Commissioner Eric Stalheim and recommend the commission to send it to the County Council with an UNFAVORABLE recommendation. Upon a motion by David Wyncott, bring seconded by Mary Brazinsky and carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission sends the proposed landmark to the County Council with an UNFAVORABLE recommendation. Vote: 5-1. Five in Favor, one opposed. Motion passed. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR REGULAR BUSINESS a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES i. July 19, 2021 (Audio Position: 25:21) Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, seconded by Mary Brazinsky and unanimously carried, the minutes from the July 19, 2021, Historic Preservation Commission were approved. Vote: 6-0. Six in Favor, none opposed. July 19, 2021, minutes approved. b. STAFF REPORTS i. Administrative Approvals After due consideration, no action was taken.
