Upon a motion by David Wyncott, seconded by Eric Stalheim, and unanimously carried
by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of
Appropriateness Application #2021-0716.
Vote: 5-0. Five in Favor, none opposed.
COA#2021-0716 is approved.

Upon a motion by Patrick Deegan, seconded by David Wyncott, and carried by vote, the
Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness Application
#2021-0716 as applied.
Vote: 4-2. Four in Favor, Two opposed.
COA#2021-0716 is approved.
b. PROPOSED LANDMARK on SECOND READING
i. 24756 Adams Rd.

The Landmarks Committee report was presented by Commissioner Eric Stalheim
and recommend the commission to send it to the County Council with an
UNFAVORABLE recommendation.
Upon a motion by David Wyncott, bring seconded by Mary Brazinsky and carried by
vote, the Historic Preservation Commission sends the proposed landmark to the
County Council with an UNFAVORABLE recommendation.
Vote: 5-1. Five in Favor, one opposed.
Motion passed.

Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, seconded by Mary Brazinsky and unanimously
carried, the minutes from the July 19, 2021, Historic Preservation Commission were
approved.
