Following discussion, Council Member Kelly made a motion, seconded by Council Member Puzzello that Bill No. 4-04 be recommended to be struck from the Council's agenda this evening. The motion passed. Under miscellaneous business, the Council Attorney noted that this evening Bill No. 13-04 is set for 1st reading. This Bill addresses 508-536 Crescent Avenue which was recently addressed in a separate ordinance for Madison Center. A scrivener's error has been found in the legal description. Following discussion with the petitioner's attorney and the staff of the Area Plan Commission, it was determined that this Bill could be handled directly by the Council at its meeting of March 8th,rather than going to the Area Plan Commission, since it addresses a scrivener's error only.
