Upon a motion by Mary Brazinsky, seconded by David Wyncott, and carried by
unanimous vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of
Appropriateness Application #2021-0701.
Vote: 7-0. Seven in favor, none opposed
COA #2021-0701 is approved.

Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, being seconded by Elizabeth Hertel and
carried unanimously by vote, the Corrected Minutes from the June 21, 2021, Historic
Preservation Commission meeting were approved.
Vote: 7-0. Seven in favor, none opposed.
