RE: Amendment No. 3 to Owner-Engineer Agreement

At its September 14, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced amendment for additional construction administration for the O’Brien Recreation
Renovation in an amount not to exceed $3,290, for an adjusted agreement total amount of
$40,998.31.
