Karen White, Chairperson, Personnel & Finance Committee,having a quorum present
opened the hearing by noting a written request from Council co-sponsors Tim Scott and
Henry Davis that the two bills, on the agenda be continued until January 14, 2013. A
motion to continue was made by Gavin Ferlic. Tammy McNally seconded and was
supported by all.
There being no further business to come before the Committees at this time, Chairperson
White adjourned the meeting at 3:37 p.m.
