Attached is the Notice of Intended Disposition of Property (Notice) for 1210, 1214, and

This Notice will be advertised in the South Bend Tribune on September 17 and
September 24, 2021.
Bids are due on or before October 14, 2021 at 9:00am EDT. Bids will be opened and
made public at the public meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, held
at 9:30am EDT on October 14, 2021.
Staff requests approval of this Notice and the Request to Advertise, for the eventual
disposition of this property.
