Council Member Karl King, Chairperson of the Information and Technology Committee noted that
the July 10, 2003 meeting notice listed a 4:15 p.m. start time for July 14, 2003. With the Parks,
Recreation, Cultural Arts and Entertainment Committee adjourning at 5:04 p.m., there would not
be sufficient time to properly review and discuss the Needs Analysis Questionnaire.
Council Member King noted that in light of the agenda already set for July 28th, that he would put
off the Information and Technology Committee meeting until Monday,August 11th.
He noted that there was a mistake to question#96 and that he would send out corrected copies.
