Purpose of Request:
The City is seeking to appropriate $700,000 to complete the design and construction of Seitz
Park Phase III. This project aims at improving access to the new park, considering improvements
to parking, sidewalks, and curbs.
This project aims at restoring public facilities impacted by the construction of the park, and
improving the entrance to the park and trail system.
