(c) Computation of charges. Metered water charges shall be the larger of the minimum
charges of subsection(b)or the rate charges of subsection (a)of this section. In the case of multiple
meters under a single billing entity, the charges shall be computed for each meter separately, not
the summation of usage.
(d) Monthly public fire protection charges. All customers located within the corporate
limits and all customers outside the corporate limits and located within one thousand(1,000) feet
of a public fire hydrant shall also pay a monthly public fire protection charge based upon the size
of the customer's meter as follows:
