RE: Amendment No. 1 to Owner-Engineer Agreement
Dear Mr. McPhail:
At its August 10, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced amendment for sewer design services on W. Poland St. and sewer spot repair on
Calvert St. for Roadway Reconstruction, Project No. 121-008 in the amount of $18,399.68 with
an adjusted agreement total of $268,099.33.
