RE: Amendment No. 1 to Owner-Engineer Agreement
Dear Mr. Ginn:
At its August 10, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced amendment for adding external scan coordination and design services to filter media
vessel improvements for North Water Treatment Plant Improvements, Project No. 119-011 in an
amount not to exceed $34,195 with an adjusted agreement total amount of $212,056.
Enclosed please find the original of the amendment for your signature. Please sign and
return the original amendment to lhensley@southbendin.gov. Please retain a copy for your
records.
