The Februa ry 19, 2003 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to order
by its President Karen L. White at 3:03 p.m. In the Council Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Coleman, Kirsits, Kelly, Kuspa, White, Varner
and Pfeifer; Mayor Stephen Luecke, City Attorney Charles Leone, Bill Schalliol, Don Inks and
Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed in this Executive Session was that contained
in the Executive Session meeting notice of February 13, 2003 (copy addressed) which authorized
the calling of this meeting to receive an update on litigation which is pending or threatened(Indiana
Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B) and to receive an update on commercial prospects (Indiana Code §
5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4).
The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
