§t00iott: <br /> outs $ n Qtotttmott outtctz <br /> The January 28,2002 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council and Board of Public <br /> Safety was called to order by Council President Roland Kelly at 4:52 p.m. in the Council Informal <br /> Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Coleman, Kelly, Aranowski, King, Varner, <br /> Kirsits,White and Pfeifer;City Attorney Charles Leone,Assistant City Attorney Aladean DeRose, <br /> and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council President Kelly noted that the Executive Session of the Council and the Board was called <br /> pursuant to the Indiana state law which permits Executive Sessions for the purpose of receiving a <br /> litigation update from the City Attorney <br /> Council Member Roland Kelly, as President of the South Bend Common Council hereby certifies <br /> that nothing was discussed in this Executive Sessions that was not properly posted in the official <br /> "Notice of Executive Session"dated January 24,2002(copy attached). <br /> Council President Kelly adjourned the meeting at 5:30 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council President Roland Kelly <br /> SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL <br /> KCF:kmf <br /> Attachm ent <br />
