The June 10, 2002 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to order by
Council President Roland Kelly at 3:37 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included: Council Members Aranowski, Pfeifer, Kelly, King, Varner,
Ujdak, Coleman, Kirsits and White; Mayor Stephen Luecke, Cheryle Greene, Aladean DeRose,
Jeff Jankowski and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
Council President Kelly noted that the Executive Session was called to discuss strategy with regard
to collective bargaining..
Council President Roland Kelly, as President of the South Bend Common Council, hereby
certifies that nothing was discussed in this Executive Session that was not properly posted in the
official "Notice of Executive Session"dated June 6,2002(copy attached).
Council President Kelly adjourned the Executive Session at 4:25 p.m.
