Vezina ovt: <br /> orm Y era fircanct totttmtttetz <br /> The May 13, 2002 meeting of the Personnel and Finance Committee was called to order by its <br /> Chairperson, Council Member James Aranowski at 4:55 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting <br /> Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Coleman, Varner, White, Kirsits, Aranowski, <br /> King, and Pfeifer; Public Works Director Gary Gilot, Terry Bland of the gout") Woritti <br /> rttltttt, and Kathy Cekanski Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council Member Aranowski noted that the only item on the agenda was to review Bill No. 02-43 <br /> which would approve the issuance of scrap metal/junk dealers/transfer station licenses for calendar <br /> year 2002. <br /> Mr. Gilot made the presentation. He noted that the two (2) premises addressed in the resolution <br /> are the last to come before the Council for approval. Mr. Gilot assured the Committee that the <br /> Administration would"front load"the review process next year for such operations so that they are <br /> acted upon in a timely manner. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member King made a motion, seconded by Council Member <br /> Varner that Bill No. 02-43 be recommended favorably to Council. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council Member Aranowski <br /> adjourned the meeting at 4:57 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member James Aranowski, Chairperson <br /> Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> KCF:kmf <br /> Attachments <br />
