Narrative: Both garage doors are rotted and need to be replaced as soon as possible. Existing doors are wood, however, the doors we propose are made of steel. The color of the doors currently is the same as the garage and house shingles. The current storm doors are worn beyond repair. They are plain aluminum doors that do not match the historical nature of the residence. You will see within the materials that the appearance of the doors selected will not be adverse to the historical nature of the home or garage. We would like to have a neutral accent color that will blend with any paint changes we request in the future. The terratone color will blend well with the existing storm window color, which appears to be a deep brown.
