The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: 1. Forum Architects, LLC will be required to perform one (1) additional month of construction administration due to extension of the O’brien Contract. 2. Reimbursements for State Construction Design Release and Bidding Construction Document printing not accounted for in the original PSA amount. b. For the modifications and reimbursements to services set forth above, Owner shall pay Engineer the following or modified compensation: One Thousand, Four Hundred, Fifty Eight and 31/100 ($1,458.31) Dollars 3. Agreement Summary (Reference only) a. Original Agreement amount: $ 33,750.00 b. Net change for prior amendments: $ 2,500.00 c. This amendment amount: $ 1,458.31 d.
