AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 529 CRESCENT AV. , IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IN ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly know as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: A part of Lots Numbered Twelve ( 12) and Thirteen ( 13 ) , together with that portion vacated Summit Street lying between said Lots Numbered 12 and 13 , all as shown on the recorded Plat of Cedar Heights Addition to the City of South Bend, described ass follows, viz: Beginning on the West line of said Lot No. 12, at a point 52 feet South of the North West corner of said Lot No. 12; thence South along the West lines of said Lot No. 12, vacated Summit Street and Lot 13 to the Northerly line of Crescent Avenue; thence Northeasterly along the said Northerly line of Crescent Avenue to the West line of Hill Street; thence North along the West line of said Hill Street to a point 52 feet South of the North East corner of said Lot No. 12; thence West a distance of 165 feet to the place of beginning. be and the same is hereby established as D) light industrial; F) height and area.
