AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $47 ,000 . 00 FROM
CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING & SINKING FUND
INTO FUND 38 , DEPT. 33 , ACCT. #399 OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF SANITATION
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
Funds are needed to meet the Construction costs of the
Bowman Creek Crossing at Fox Street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
Section I . That the sum of $47 , 000 . 00 is hereby appro-
priated for the year 1987 from the Cumulative Sewer Building &
Sinking Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana as described below:

Section II : This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and
approval by the Mayor.
