AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $107 , 496 . 00 WITHIN
THE STANLEY COVELESKI REGIONAL BASEBALL STADIUM
FUND FOR THE YEAR 1987 .
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT :
Funds are needed for improvements , equipment and for
the payment of such other fees and expenses attributable to the
operation of a professional baseball team at the Stanley
Coveleski Regional Stadium . Funds are available within the
Stanley Coveleski Regional Baseball Stadium Fund .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND , INDIANA AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I . The sum of $107 , 496 . 00 is hereby
appropriated for the year 1987 within the Stanley Coveleski
Regional Baseball Stadium Fund . This appropriation is to be
administered by the Department of Administration and Finance and
will be distributed as set forth below :
4399 . 0 OTHER CONTRACTUALS $107 , 496 . 00
SECTION II . This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and
approval by the Mayor .
