George Green was born May 13, 1900 in Dowagi ac, MI. He graduated from the University of Michigan with an M.D. in 1924 and the University of Minnesota ATTACH NEGATIVE ENVE LOPE HERE with an M.S. in surgery in 1929. He interned in Rnstan and at the Mayo Clinic and began his South Bend practice in 1929 with his offices in the Sherland Bldg. Green was a member if: Delta Epsilon, Phi Rho Sigma, Exchange Club, So. Bend Country Club, American Medical Association, Indiana State Medical Society and the St Joseph County Medical Society. Mr. Green married Geraldine McIntyre in 1992_ Mr. & Mrs. Green sold the house back to Whim -comb & Keller Corp'., around 1935. They rented it to Franklin & Nina Speer frnm 1935 to 1936. hia IN 1937 they rented it to David_ H. & Myrna Condit, selling_. thehouse to them in 'in -1939. Dr. Condit was originialy from Oregon, he came to South bend in 1926 with hsi wife, Myrna Goodrich Condit and their daughter, Arire. Dr. Condit was president of the South Bend Medical Clinic for 8 years beginning in 1927. He specialized ino_b&tetrirR and gynecology. He resided in they house until his death in 1960 at age 65. Mrs. Condit and Anne continued to resided there until Annes death in 1969.
