Warren St., South Bend, IN 46619. Notices to Bidders were advertised twice in the South Bend Tribune and were mailed to the adjacent property owners, Benjamin and Isela Santamaria of 140 E. Indiana Ave., South Bend, IN 46613, Braulio Chanon of 1717 Johnson St., Elkhart, IN 56514, and to the petitioner Miguel Lopez of South Bend, IN 46628. On Friday, June 4, the Clerk of the Board received return mail service for the Notice to Bidders sent to the mailing address of Benjamin and Isela Santamaria, 140 E. Indiana Ave., South Bend, IN 46613. Based on review of the most up-to-date public property record for Benjamin and Isela Santamaria and recommendation from the attorney for the Department of Community Investment and the attorney to the Board of Public Works, we requested that the opening of bids for the disposition of City property proceed at the Tuesday, June 8, regular meeting of the Board of Public Works.
