This expenditure was previously approved, but necessary contracts could not be executed before the end of 2007. All funds for this appropriation have been provided by the State of Indiana and were received by the City in November 2007. NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows: Section I. The sum of $2,000,000 is hereby appropriated and set aside within Local Roads and Streets Fund #251, for construction and other expenses to improve the intersection at Ironwood and McKinley in the City of South Bend. Section II.
