Milestone Contractors North $1,799,100.00 Engineering and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion found all required documentation to be in order with respect to MBE/WBE inclusion and Responsible Bidder Ordinance for both bids. Engineering recommends award of the contract for a total of $1,740,871.20 to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. Engineering recommends rejecting all other bids. The Department of Public Works has appropriated sufficient funds from the TIF River West Development fund 324-10-102-121-442001--PROJ00000046 (PR-00007313). Please respond with any questions.
