Harrison Ave. South Bend, IN 46616 On Tuesday, April 13, 2021, the Board of Public Works opened bids to purchase 429 N. Harrison Ave. South Bend, IN 46616. The Board of Public Works received two proposals to purchase, one from Amairany Plata on behalf of Alfredo Plata of 425 N. Harrison Ave. South Bend, IN 46616 and one from Krystal Rangel of an undisclosed address. Amairany Plata’s bid on behalf of Alfredo Plata did not provide a bid amount for the subject property. Krystal Rangel’s bid did not specify their home address or an intended use for the property. In the advertised Notice to Bidders, the following is stated: The address of the property as described above must be included in the subject line of the email to which you have attached your bid. The name of the bidder, address, contact email address and phone number must be included in the body of the email. Bids to purchase said parcel must include price bid for the property plus an explanation of the bidder’s intended use of the property and be received electronically.
