NEW BUSINESS a. River Bend Local Historic District Lighting Resolution (Audio Position 11:57) The Resolution is presented to the commission. A discussion on renewal of the resolution annually takes place. b. Commission Efficiencies i. Interlocal Agreement ii. By Laws — introduced updates, will be presented next meeting. iii. Compliance — Asked the question how to be proactive? iv. Fees VIII. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS (Audio Position 30:54) a. Lowell Heights — Olivet African Methodist Episcopal Church National Register Nomination Nomination has passed Technical Review with State Preservation Office, Indiana Department of Natural Resources. The Nomination now enters the next phase of reviews. b. City Cemetery Discussed how the City Cemetery Sign was damaged and discussed a plan to restore it.
