a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (Audio Position 05:32)
i. January 18, 2021
Upon a motion by Treasurer Mary Brazinsky, being seconded by Vice President
Sarah Andrews and unanimously carried, the Minutes from the January 18, 2021
Historic Preservation Commission meeting were approved.

Upon a motion by Treasurer Mary Brazinsky, being seconded by Vice President
Sarah Andrews and unanimously carried, the Minutes from the February 15, 2021
Historic Preservation Commission meeting were approved.
Vote: 7-0. Seven in favor, none opposed.
February 15, 2021 Minutes are approved.
iii. March 15, 2021 -Tabled
b. STAFF REPORTS (Audio Position 09:25)
i. Administrative Approvals
Administrator Adam Toering discussed projects that have recently been approved,
no action taken.
c. COMMITTEE REPORTS (Audio Position 13:12)
i. Disposition of Historic Preservation Assets
After due consideration, no action was taken.
ii. Standards Update
Administrator Adam Toering informed the commission the website is active, and a
mail letter would be going out soon. Adam also stated he would send an updated
schedule to the commissioners; no action was taken.
iii. Historic Districts
1. River Bend Local Historic District Lighting Resolution
The draft of the resolution goes to the committee for review and will have
comments add for May meeting.
iv. Local Landmarks
1. Ridgedale/Twyckenham Hills Gates
After due consideration, no action was taken.
2. Potential Landmarks — National Register Listings
Commissioner Eric Stalheim distributed a list of the National Register listed
properties that may be candidates for landmark designation; no action was
taken.

a. River Bend Local Historic District Lighting Resolution

VII. NEW BUSINESS (Audio Position 20:22)
Secretary Downs-Krostenko discussed various methods for public outreach, no action was
taken.
VIII. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS (Audio Position 37:56)
a. Historic Preservation Administrator
Adam Toering was announced as the Interim Historic Preservation Administrator.
b. Vice President Sarah Andrews brought to the commissions' attention a restored property at
2917 S Michigan Street which is currently undergoing restoration.
IX. ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion by Sarah Andrews, seconded by Mary Brazinsky and unanimously carried, the
meeting was adjourned at 6:18 p.m.
