Board President Patrick D. Cottrell, and Board Members Laura Vasquez, Eddie Miller, John Collins
and Luther Taylor present. Also present was Special Counsel Joseph Sirneri, and Attorneys Thomas
Dixon, Dan Pfeifer, and Andrea Beachkofsky, and Police Chief Charles Hurley. The meeting was
held in the Common Council Chambers, 41h Floor County City Building, South Bend, Indiana.

HEARING OF CHARGES NO. 2012-07 --- JACK STILP
This was the date set for the Hearing of Charges No. 2012 -07 concerning the matter of Patrolman
Jack Stilp, South Bend Police Department. A court reporter was present to record the proceedings.
