The bidders ranked as follows: Bidder Base Bid 1. Milestone Contractors North $574,000 2. Rieth-Riley Construction Co.$683,975.70 Line-item totals for Rieth-Riley Construction’s bid were found to be slightly different than what was submitted. The corrected amount did not affect the determination of a low bidder. Engineering recommends the award of a contract for the Base Bid for a total of $574,000 to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder,Milestone Contractors North.
