SUBJECT: Re-Quote Project 121-020 Crack Sealing 2021
DATE: May 5, 2021
On April 27th, 2021 the Board of Public Works opened quotes for the above project. No quotes
were received by the Board by the deadline of 9:00am. The Board recommended that the
project be re-quoted.
The Division of Engineering elected to make adjustments to the specifications that would not
affect the projected expenditure or budget. As such, no re-routing through financial approvals
is needed.
The Division of Engineering requests to open quotes at the May 11, 2021 Board of Public
Works meeting.
