#01 Asphalt Rf(l) - Tear off $0.00
Tearing off includes, setting up the dumpster at a predetermined spot (preferably as close to the
working area as possible). Securing the sides of the house, and landscaping with tarps, and
OSB/plywood to help contain debri during the tear off and ensure a quick precise cleanup.
We then tear down the layer(s) of shingles, felt paper, and ice and water shield down to the
decking/wood, and check for rotted wood to be replaced.
#02 Asphalt Rf(m) - New Decking/OSB $0.00
Oriented Strand Board(OSB) 7/16" - Is stronger than plywood in shear. Shear values through its
thickness, are about 2 times greater than plywood.
We install up to (5) boards with each additional board being ($50). In the case of the deck being
1x's we install up to (50ft) before any additional charge.
#03 Asphalt Rf(m) - 1 1/2" Aluminum Drip Edge Flashing $0.00
Placed throughout the eves, and rake of the roof to protect your fascia, by diverting water away
from the fascia board, and into the gutter.
#04 Asphalt Rf(m) - Ice & Water Shield (Certainteed Winterguard)$0.00
ASTM D1970 standard Class A rated Winterguard.
Is installed all along all eaves, valleys, sidewalls, low sloped roofs (ie - porches), and around

from any water penetration due to ice dams, excessive snow melting, and deteriorating or lost
shingles.

This covers installation of up to (5) sheets of decking to replace any rotted wood in the deck. Then
laying down ice, and water sheild, (90lb) synthetic felt, starter strip, drip edge, and shingles starting
from the eves and working our way back to the ridge. Where we will install a ridge vent, with cap to
complete your roof.
Followed by a thorough cleanup and disposal of debri.

Notes:
ESTIMATE -
This (estimate) is for a new roof. To resolve any current or future roof issues from water damage,
and secure the house from leaks.
We will tear off the shingles, and underlayment down to the decking. Then check to ensure the
quality of the decking and replace up to (5) sheets if needed.
Then install a new roof system with all new Shingles, Underlayment, Starter Strip, Ice &
Watershield, and Ridge Vent if applicable.
We offer a (10 year warranty) on all workmanship through Reliable Roofing and Construction. We
require first half of payment prior to start date and the reminder upon completion of the job. We
accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Thank you for your consideration and if you have

Payment Terms: A down payment of 50% is due upon acceptance of estimate. The balance of the contract is due
the day of project completion. In the event of nonpayment of balance within 10 business days of job completion,
the customer must pay to Reliable Roofing & Construction a late charge of 5% of the unpaid balance for the first 60
days. Any remaining unpaid balance after 60 days will be turned over to collections, and all collection and court
costs will be paid by the customer. The customer further agrees that it will be charged $ 35.00 for each dishonored
bank check. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% price increase due to a processing fee.
Change Order: Any deviation from the above quote involving a change in the scope of work or any additional costs
will be executed only with a written change order signed and dated by both Reliable Roofing and Construction and
Customer. No jobs can be subcontracted under any of Reliable Roofing and Construction, without approval by
upper management. In case this happens we will not insure any of the work done by subs and will void warranty
through Reliable Roofing and Construction.
Changed Conditions: Any work not indicated in the plans or specifications, that must be added, repaired, or
replaced as a result of hidden, concealed, or changed conditions, or that is required for compliance with buildings
codes or other regulations, shall result in a change order, and shall be paid in full by the Owner/Customer, subject
to terms and conditions of this contract.
Warranty: Company warrants all work will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner. Any warranties for
parts or materials are subject to manufacturer terms on such products. Extended warranties are of additional cost
and will be discussed at time of purchase. To make a claim on Company’s warranty, Customer must give Company
written notice describing the alleged defect. Company will provide Customer a written response within 21 days of
the day Company receives Customer’s notice. Company may offer to remedy the defect, pay the claim, or dispute
the claim. Company will not honor claims unless Customer first gives Company notice in accordance with this
section.

Conditions: This proposal is valid for 15 days. Company reserves the right to withdraw this proposal or re-quote the
project if contract acceptance is beyond 15 days. All contracts must be signed before work is performed and half
payment is required 3 days before project start date.
Accessories: When satellites are present, Reliable Roofing and Construction is not responsible for signal loss due to
replacement or repair of roof. We are not liable for gutter damage existing prior to work being completed and when
multiple layers and redeck are involved and present. Reliable Roofing and Construction cannot guarantee that
gutters will be salvageable.
Customer: Homeowner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance.

company will provide all services, materials, labor, tools, and equipment needed for completion
of services unless requested from customer to use specific materials purchased by the
customer.
