Attached is Change Order #1 for the Olive St Rehabilitation project (PN 114-064). It is to move the
completion date by one year (365 days) due to Utilities not relocating in time last year to start the
project. There are no costs associated with this request.
It is requested the Board of Public Works approve Change Order #1 for the Olive St
Rehabilitation project changing the completion date to November 13, 2021.
