RE: Sidewalk Café – 515 E. Jefferson Blvd.
Dear Ms. Ullery:
At its April 13, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved your establishment’s
Sidewalk Café Permit application for the hours of operation you provided. Please be reminded
that businesses are required to adhere to the provisions of their Sidewalk Café Agreement. A
copy is enclosed for your records.
Also, due to the City’s recent Sidewalk Café Ordinance update, you may wish to sign an
updated agreement with the City to take advantage of the two (2) year permit option. I have
enclosed a courtesy copy of the updated agreement for your use. Please fill it out and submit it
to lhensley@southbendin.gov with the subject line “Updated Sidewalk Café Agreement.”
If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please call this office at (574)

Sincerely,
/s/ Anne Fuchs
