The quotes received were reviewed and found to be complete. Rieth-Riley Construction Company quoted $39,396.00 Milestone Contractors North (formerly known as Walsh & Kelly) quoted $62,952.00 The project is a lump-sum contract to mill-and-fill the Charles Martin Center parking lot. I recommend award of the Charles Martin Parking Lot to Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc., in the amount of $39,396.00. Funding is available through the River East Development Area TIF Fund, by way of PR-00003785. Please call with your questions (MS Teams).
