AbsorbTech is classified as an Industrial User (IU) facility. AbsorbTech has a low discharge flow volume and no analytical monitoring requirements. AbsorbTech's requirements were reviewed for necessary changes to ensure the industry permit remains legally substantiated. After review of requirements, historical data, pollutant limitations, and Best Management Practice reports no permit changes were deemed necessary. This permit is granted in accordance with the application filed on January 21 St, 2021 Effective on: Expires on the April 29th, 2021 April 28th, 2026 Any violation of the terms and conditions of this permit shall be deemed a violation of the City of South Bend Municipal Code and will subject the permittee to the sanctions set out in section 17-11 through 17-13 of the Municipal Code.
