Dear Mr. Sosa:
Enclosed please find a revised copy of the Notice to Bidders for the Sale of Property at
429 N. Harrison Avenue. This property is being sold under Indiana Code 36-1-11-5, where
authority is granted to the Board of Public Works to sell abutting parcels of land to homeowners
with properties in good standing, who may wish to acquire that property, all in the best interests
of the City. You are receiving this notice as the abutting property owner.
The minimum offering price and the basis for that price is more thoroughly described in
the Notice to Bidders.
Bids are due on April 13, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. EST, at bpwbids@southbendin.gov. Any
bid received after that time will not be accepted.
