At its March 23, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above referenced
Change Order for an increase of $32,490.66 (City’s share is $6,498.13), bringing the revised
contract amount to $3,209,996.05.

Attached is change order # 7 for the federally funded Corby Ironwood and Rockne Intersection
Improvement project (PN 116-034).
This change order is for adjustment to quantities for common excavation, subgrade treatment,
and asphalt base.
This change order is ferally participating, so the City would only be responsible to pay 20%.
It is requested the Board of Public Works approve Change Order 7 for the Corby, Ironwood
and Rockne project (PN 116-034) for an increase of $32,490.66 bringing the contract price
to $ 3,209,996.05.
