The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m.
1. ROLL CALL

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approval of Minutes of the 4.18.2019 Meeting
Upon a motion by Vice President Alford, seconded by Secretary Phillips the motion
unanimously carried, the Board approved the Minutes of the April 18, 2019 meeting.
2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
A Motion was made by Daniel Parker nominating Brenda Phillips as President of the
City of South Bend Building Corporation seconded by Bishop Alford.
A Motion was made by Brenda Phillips nominating Bishop Alford as Vice-President of
the City of South Bend Building Corporation, seconded by Daniel Parker.
A Motion was made by Brenda Phillips nominating Daniel Parker as
Secretary/Treasurer of the City of South Bend Building Corporation, seconded by
Bishop Alford.

The City of South Bend Building Corporation approved the slate of officers for 2020.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Annual Officer’s Certificate
Daniel Parker introduced Annual Officer’s Certificate. This is the annual compliance
certificate providing proof of insurance. The enclosed certificate of property insurance
will be returned after the corporation’s signature.
Upon a motion by President Phillips, seconded by Vice-President Alford the motion
unanimously carried, the Board approved the Annual Officer’s Certificate submitted on
May 18, 2020.
B. 2013 Building Corp Annual Officer’s Certificate
Daniel Parker introduced 2013 Building Corp Annual Officer’s Certificate. This is the
annual compliance certificate. The enclosed certificate of property insurance is for the
Public Works building on Lafayette confirming that we maintain insurance on the
property.
Upon a motion by President Phillips, seconded by Vice President Bishop the motion
unanimously carried, the Board approved 2013 Building Corp Annual Officer’s
Certificate submitted on May 18, 2020.
C. Covenant Compliance Request from Wells Fargo 2020
Daniel Parker introduced Covenant Compliance Request from Wells Fargo 2020. Like
the other two certificates, this is the annual compliance certificate providing proof of
insurance. This is through Wells Fargo 2010 maintaining insurance.
Upon a motion by President Phillips, seconded by Vice-President Alford the motion
unanimously carried, the Board approved the Covenant Compliance Request from
Wells Fargo 2020 submitted on May 18, 2020.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion by Vice President Alford, seconded by Secretary Phillips the motion
unanimously carried the meeting was adjourned at 1:17 p.m.
