PUBLIC HEARING - 4:00 P.M.
ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS:
A. ELECTIONS OF OFFICERS (Audio Position: 4:46)
Upon a motion by Kara Boyles, being seconded by John Martinez and unanimously
carried, Dan Brewer was elected to serve as President of the Plan Commission.
Upon a motion by Kara Boyles, being seconded by Dan Brewer and unanimously
carried, Scott Ford was elected to serve as Vice-President of the Plan Commission.
B. APPOINTMENT TO THE BZA (Audio Position: 9:45)
Upon a motion by Sheila Niezgodski, being seconded by Scott Ford and unanimously
carried, Murray Miller was appointed as the Plan Commission representative to the
Board of Zoning Appeals.
